Sadashi, whose name means “ambitious” in Japanese, is a blend of malt and grain whiskies from the Niigata region. Aged in sherry and bourbon casks, it is then finished for six months in rare and precious Mizunara oak barrels, whose slow growth makes them particularly demanding for coopers to work with.
