For centuries, the Piedmont area, in Italy, has been the birthplace of the biggest gourmet specialties. The monks are at the origin of several liqueurs and distillations produced from regional natural resources. According to the legend, the original recipe of Frangelico was imagined by a hermit monk of the XVIIth century, Brother Angelico.
