Sugar cane has been cultivated in Brazil since 1532, mainly for the sugar industry. Distilled at a maximum of 75°, cachaça is distinguished from rum by its sugar rate, its aromatic palette and its unique production region: Brazil.
This handcrafted cachaça is made in the west region of São Paulo called Presidente Prudente. The richness of herbal scents contained in this cachaça is ideal for the traditional caipirinha, but also in many other cocktail recipes.
